You may use Color for lawful purposes only. You may not use our tools to infringe intellectual property rights, harass others, or attempt to disrupt our infrastructure.

Automated scraping of tool interfaces beyond normal search engine crawling is prohibited without written permission.

You retain all rights to the color values and palettes you create. Because processing is local, we do not claim any ownership over your content. You are solely responsible for ensuring exported colors meet your brand and accessibility requirements.

The Color name, logo, website design, documentation, and tool interfaces are owned by DevByte. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our site content without permission, except as allowed by applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DevByte is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Color. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to use Color (which is zero for free tools).

These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction where DevByte is established, unless local consumer protection laws require otherwise.
